The 5624 is an OEM ascom i62 handsets. Depending on 3300 software version, you would select 5624 from the 3300/MiVB this would allocate a pre defined sip device capabilities to the user. In essence it is a SIP device like any other. I would recommend getting a programmer or WSM if you have many devices. Also worthwhile trying to get a hold of the ascom interoperability report for your WLAN environment. This will give best practices for setting up the WLAN.

What about changing the old icon? Not sure if it's just on tapatalk on iOS but I see the old Mitel icon.

Anyone have a template to pass to a customer for designing call director call flows?

Thanks in advance

EHDUs are great for "frigging" things. They allow for things that by default don't work I.e. Analogue RDNs in PRGs. Mega get out of jail card in clustered environments.

Windows 10 would be the OS on the surface. Awaiting confirmation on this before investing.

Yeh I think he FTP will be good as gold. It's the SI I have reservations. On the Mac, radio buttons etc are missing. I'm hoping someone has been able to test it?

Anyone upgraded a controller using a surface pro? Manually and with SI?

Curious how SI looks on the screen as I have it on the Windows partition of a Mac and it don't like it so was wondering if the hi res display is the same?

Thanks

I don't believe it does... I've used this for a small call centre that wanted a cell phone hooked up as an agent... I've slept since then so could be wrong... But that install never had MiCollab

I know this references MiCollab however was the first link I came across.

This is a bit of a long shot but would anyone have the SW for Ent man 3.0.2.2 with Ops 7.4.2.3?

Would be much appreciated.
