Anyone upgraded a controller using a surface pro? Manually and with SI?

Curious how SI looks on the screen as I have it on the Windows partition of a Mac and it don't like it so was wondering if the hi res display is the same?

Was thinking of trying OSX Server.... anyone used this for FTP service?

Am I correct in thinking to display an external callers name that is stored in the tel dir you would need to enable an configure alpha tagging?

Lastly for personal contacts, is this supported/ available on the 5320e?

How many call records can the 3300 save prior to overwriting?

Hi is it possible to set DND from a 5540 to a suite configured on a remote node?

My thoughts are no based on the help files

"DND (and all other Guest Services functions) cannot be set from a SUPERCONSOLE 1000 or 5540 IP Console in a Clustered Hospitality environment."

However curious if there is a work around.

I have enabled COS options below as per help file however only seem to be able to set DND on local DN's

"Enable "Do Not Disturb" on the guest room extensions that require this feature. For suites, enable the COS option on the primary suite extension.
Enable "Enable Do Not Disturb - Access to Remote Phones" on the attendant consoles. "

Hi Can anyone assist with issue deploying vMBG in VM Workstation. I just want this for configuration prior to deploying in a live environment. The issue i have is it fails and complains of the following -

The import failed because vMBG_9.0.31.0.ova did not pass OVF specification conformance or virtual hardware compliance checks

I click retry to relax the rules and get the following

Line 574: OVF hardware element 'Ethernet adapter on "LAN"' with instance ID '7': No support for the virtual hardware device type '10'.

Running latest VMWorkstation 11
MBG 9.0.31.0

I have deployed MBG in the past without issues.

Is there a way to force an account code for inbound calls? I would like the user to be prompted to enter code before a call is routed to a NuPoint Call Director.

Looking to see a way to have an MWI for one mailbox appear on several devices?

Basically call will come in via MLAA route to a ring group that overflows to another RG that should then leave a message and activate the MWI for all members of the second ring group.

Hi looking to see if anyone could either provide me a working SIP peer profile for connecting Mitel to Asterisk. I have the link up and inbound calls from Asterisk to Mitel work, outbound i get a "420 bad extension" - when i look i see a 100rel unsupported in the packet capture.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Looking for some options for effectively twinning a Mitel phone with a SIP extension hosted from another PBX. I'm thinking EHDU but interested if there are other options that may prevent the requirement to purchase a licence on the Mitel side? Maybe MDUG?
