Has anyone deployed EX Controllers and knows if they support QSIG protocol?

Indeed. The 9.1.x doesn't need the patch. The 9.0.x for CX needs the other file.

Step 1   WinSCP or SFTP rootCert2040-9.0_ppc.tar to the /tmp folder of MSL based server in Binary mode

Step 2   To establish SSH session to MSL based server and then untar rootCert2040-9.0_pp.tar
    Launch Putty to establish SSH session to MSL based server and login as root user
Type: tar -C / -xvf /tmp/rootCert2040-9.0_ppc.tar

Step 3   To load the patch, type: sh /tmp/installRootCert2040
    
Step 4   To perform AMC sync to update ARID and/or GARID with the newly installed certificate
   4a> Launch https://<MIVB IP>/server-manager  > ServiceLink -> Status, then click Sync button

4b> For GRAID if applicable, launch ESM -> the Application Group Licensing form, click Change, click Save.

Step 5   To validate if the new certificate is in use after AMC sync.
   View the ARID/GARID record in AMC to confirm that “.9” is appended to software version.

Hi Ricky,

you've to look into the MiCollab Client Administrator Guide.
There is the note, that the MiCollab Server requieres access to the Apple server api.push.apple.com:443
This is used to make the phone ring, when the application is not in the active foreground

Already verified this, and don't forget, all our other iphones are working fine.

I've made a bit of progression on this via a colleague, in that iOS 12 seems to be hit an miss. We've tested the same phone on a Micollab which is running server level 8.1.111 and this seems to resolve the issue. I have a 2nd phone that i'm waiting to test to verify this is not some kind of fluke.

Got any update on this? I have upgraded to the server level 8.1.111 and have still the same issue with iPhones.

Check the DN on your call server.. you have to remove the MAC address of the 69xx phone.

Guys,

We have a 1-2 secs delay on incoming calls to MI Voice Business console. "Good morning" gets cutted of "Good morning with Jef". We do 10 test calls and get 3-4 with delay.  It's the latest version and I already set "Suppress Simulated CCM after ISDN Progress" to YES but without a result. We also plugged the PC with the console directly to the controller. Also without result.
It's an ISDN-30.

Any suggestions?
