We have a customer that has a Panasonic system over in Italy and have networked our old Toshiba system we used to have installed to it over the internet using SIP.
Set up like old school E & M, one side was setup as SIP Trunk and the other SIP Station. We recently replaced our Toshiba with an Office 250 and performed the same
setup and now the 250 can dial over to the Panasonic. I've uploaded an old Toshiba doc we just set up the Panasonic as the Cisco referenced in the doc. I don't see
why you couldn't do the same between a Toshiba and a Mitel. You can email me directly with any questions.

sorry here's the digital csv

YES on the User import csv. If you use that one it loads everything Ext, VM Boxes and all names. Like previously mentioned you delete unused user's.
Make sure you add a Password column to the end of the csv file (I've attached one for digital and IP) If doing digital phones make sure to prog. your cards
with no info just the ports before importing user csv.

The relay account your scanner is using is probably the one below. This has worked in the past, you can just input any email you like, doesn't
have to be a valid Gmail acct. The only thing is the Google relay server will only send to Valid Gmail account's, but as long as you all have Gmail
accounts this should work.

We've been using the USB upgrade thru the Admin Portal login and have had no issues. Someone told us to use the TFTP option but have never tried it.
We have always licensed the controller first before the upgrade, haven't tried w/o licensing so don't know if that could cause an error.

I would think the same however Mitel has told us that since Google uses something they call a "Server Farm" w/ multiple servers that it might work on one
server but if it hits another it might not authenticate to that one. So they have to log in and make some proprietary changes to make this work, have never
had an issue like this w/ other manufacturer systems.

We are new to Mitel and have been told that in order to get UM working w/ Gmail Tech Support has to log in every time and change something.
Shouldn't I be able to A. have an acct. setup in Gmail to authenticate w/ and use smtp.gmail.com port 587? or B. just use aspmx.l.google.com
port 25 w/ no username and password?

We have been setting up Enhanced w/ exchange and it's been working great but Gmail has been a thorn in our side.
