When some of our personnel call the inter company extensions, they can not hear the phone ringing on the other end. They just get dead air until someone picks up the extension. These are Mitel 8528 phones. How can this be corrected?

Check the audio settings on the phones, make sure they're set for ringback.

We haven't changed any phone settings. This just started a couple days ago with no changes or warnings.

have you unplugged phones to reset? believe I solved this once by doing that.

What card are these phones on? Main controller? DEI?
I would also try resetting the digital module.
