Title: Call Reporter - Finding the proper report for rollover calls?
Post by: dan231 on December 05, 2017, 01:31:05 PM
I am trying to find a report that will show me an incoming call that was rolled over to an ACD, then either answered or ??
I found: Inbound Calls by Hunt Group

But I don't know what ABANDONED calls means in this report.

Any suggestions on how to get the data I want?

Abandoned means the caller hung up without the call being answered whilst ringing the hunt group you have ran the report on.

Are you just trying to find one particular call or report on calls that have rang x then ends up at y?

Have you looked at the Calls by Agent Report?  Gives you info on each Agent and Totals for all Agents.

This does not give me any dropped or forwarded call info.  However, if these numbers are accurate, my call center is not very busy.  LOL
