Hi,

Confirmed IP address for Sydney is correct in the ICP/PBX Networking form. Any troubleshooting steps I could try?

Cheers!
Steve

Yep,

So in ARS digits dialled, I have 7772 (Sydney CEID) with 4 digits to follow using route 12. Route 12 in ARS routes is Direct IP Route. Not sure what else I could try.

Cheers!

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Direct IP Route in Cluster error
« on: June 21, 2016, 02:18:52 AM »
Hi,

We have a cluster set up with 6 controllers running MCD 5.0 PR2. Direct IP route has been set up for calls between the offices. We are experiencing an issue where the Sydney PBX can call extensions in the Melbourne PBX no worries. But the Melbourne users are unable to call the Sydney extensions. When a user in Melbourne dials a Sydney extension (4 digits), they get an INVALID error after the 4th digit is dialled. Both controllers can ping each other with no issues. Below are my SHOW XNET ALL and RMESS Verify results:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 1 1 11 254   |156   |    1 |          |Established   |         |      |
 1 1 11 253   |159   |    2 |          |Established   |         |      |
 1 1 11   1   |161   |    3 |          |Established   |         |      |
 1 1 11 250   |146   |    3 |          |Established   |         |      |
 1 1 11 252   |160   |    4 |          |Established   |         |      |
 1 1 11 251   |157   |    5 |          |Established   |         |      |
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RMESSAGE: Connected to PBX  2
RMESSAGE: Verification successful to PBX  2
RMESSAGE: Disconnected to PBX  2

Point to note that this controller can call all the other sites with no issues. Any idea what else I need to check?

Cheers!
Steve.

Mitel Software Applications / Re: External Microphones on UC360
« on: June 08, 2015, 11:04:57 PM »
The unit only has 1 Line-in 3.5mm jack input. How do we connect multiple mic's to this? I'm assuming there is some kind of adapter? Are these extension mic's wireless as well? The only information I can see online references this product http://www.revolabs.com/documents/hd_single_dual/hd_single_dual_user_and_setup_guide.

Cheers!

Mitel Software Applications / External Microphones on UC360

Hi,

Are you able to use external microphones with a UC360? If yes, how do we achieve this? We have a unique request to have several microphones connected to one UC360 device.

Thanks.

Hi all,

I managed to get an old backup of this controller. Now without access to the ESM page, can you restore from VxWorks? I have a feeling I may have to load the software fron scratch then restore the backup?

Cheers!

So if I run the Swap command, and it loads the previous software load, am I correct in assuming that the programming will be intact and only the software load will be older?

Cheers!

Thanks Johnp,

So the software is 11.0.2.66. Is there anyway to fix the database in VxWorks?

Thanks

Hi,

I swapped the hard-disk with one that we have for testing in the office and was able to get to the ESM login page with no problems. Database corruption? Anyway to repair the database in VxWorks. I dont think this controller has ever being backed up.

Cheers!

Hi Ralph,

Removed DSP and restarted - still having the same issue. Which command do I need to run to know the installed software load?

Cheers!

« on: May 17, 2015, 11:55:01 PM »
Hi,

I know this topic has been extensively covered in this forum but cant seem to get this going. We got called out to check an old CX II controller which nobody seems to know what software load its running. Is there a command I can run to give me this info? The controller has been restarted thrice. I have downgraded my IE to IE 8.0. I have restarted the WebServer using ts WebServer and tr WebServer. Non of these have worked for me. Of concern to me are the lines below which are coming up right at the end of booting up:

0x41b9180 (tTMonitor): taskMonitor -> taskMonitorLoop  - Major Alarm being raised upon detecting the following task suspended: tJLSanity taskId 0x41ae200 crash time MON MAY 18 13:49:54 2015

0x41b9180 (tTMonitor): taskMonitor -> addTaskToMonitor  - ***ERROR invalid task id 0x41b8e40
0x41b9180 (tTMonitor): taskMonitor -> addTaskToMonitor  - ***ERROR invalid task id 0x5dc0dc0
0x41b9180 (tTMonitor): taskMonitor -> addTaskToMonitor  - ***ERROR invalid task id 0x41b8e40

I'm not sure if these could be related to my problem. All the client needs to do is change the ip address of the controller as it has been moved to a new location. I know we may be able to change this from vxworks ut this will not solve not being able to get onto the ESM page.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Cheer!

No worries...will give it a shot and see what happens. Cheers!

Ok..this has been resolved. I found out where you assign the agents licenses and just as you said - no licenses were attached to the new agents! Attached licenses to them and all good.  Spot on mate and thank you!

Cheers!

Thanks Sarond,

Onsite now and on the CCM server. How do I check the licensing information for the agents?

Cheers!

Mitel Software Applications / CCM Agent ID's not showing on client
« on: May 14, 2015, 07:02:08 AM »
Hi,

MCD 6.0 SP2 and CCM I believe is on version 6. I will not pretend and say that I know much about CCM...cause I don't, thats why I was hoping to get some pointers.
Initially, agents that were removed on the controller were still showing up on CCM. The admin tells me that he has resolved this but now he says the new agents are not showing up on the CCM client even after adding them on the controller. Agents working remotely are unable to tell if they are logged in or not. To me it sounds like a sync issue between the controller and CCM. Will be heading out onsite tomorrow to have a look - question is...what should I look out for?. I'm quite conversant with MCD, MAS, UCA and a few other mitel products - but not CCM. Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

Cheers!
