Hi,

 Is there a way to get a transfer to cell number to reach the extension voicemail box instead of the cell mailbox if no busy/no answer?

Not in the 200... once it is outside the system, it can't be brought back to the internal voicemail. EXCEPT, if you have an old Mobile Extension server and are using mobile twinning via that server. I don't think this is available anymore though.
