Title: Moving PRI from Century link T1 to Adtran 924e
Post by: solidtechnw on August 22, 2014, 01:08:21 PM
We are a pure VoIP provider of Cisco typically, and are managing a project to move our clients Mitel SX 200 ICP over from the current carrier to a new Fiber line via the Adtran 924e. We have some questions prior to the porting of the Trunk. So here they are: Thanks in advance for anyone with information.

constraints: We will be upgrading in Fiscal year 15 to a new Mitel, however we must port to the Mitel SX 200 ICP.

Current configuration: Currently the Mitel SX 200 ICP PRI is connected to the Century Link T1 CSU/DSU.

Porting changes upcoming: Moving to Adtran 924e and 250MB/250MB Fiber.

Questions: Besides the line needing to be seen as PRI are there any other configuration changes?

thanks in advance,

Karl Solid

As long as the protocol and did digit length is the same, it would be plug and play.
