I don't know if this is the best/only way to do it but I have come up with a way to hear the AA once, and then for it to repeat and then dump the caller into a general mailbox.
I created two AA's and made the first one go to the second at the "end of greeting" and then I made the second go to the general mailbox at the end of greeting.
Anyway, is this the way to do it or is there a simpler solution?

Setting up a new mitel 470 release 6.
I would like to play the AA once, pause for a couple seconds, play the AA again, and then if the call is not answered dump the call into a General mailbox. I have successfully set up the AA and have been able to get the call into the general mailbox on no answer but I can't seem to figure out how to get the AA to repeat.

I cannot seem to figure out how to allow both of my line keys to ring on incoming calls. When I have taken a call on line 1 and then a call is presented to line 2 the caller hears a busy signal. I would like for line 2 to ring and then a 3rd call to be forwarded to voice mail. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?

Thanks sarond, just tried it out. Works great!

I am setting up a mivoice 400 for the first time. I need some help with what seemed like a simple request but I am failing at it. I need to set up a user group that rings 6 phones 6 times and then overflows to a general delivery mailbox. I have the user group created and the Gen Delv MB but I can't seem to get a call to ring through the UG to the GD MB. Can anyone help me out with this?

The help says to apply the name to the page group in the telephone directory. However, when I add the page group the number of the page group does not appear in the telephone directory.

Thanks for the advice guys, I appreciate it.
Tech E - I only have the PS1 and no PEC-1. I am currently only using SIP devices on this system and the customer intends to go to remote IP desk phones later on. They are using a bria app on smart phones, so they are coming in from the public internet. The app is registering successfully to the pbx, and I tested a call and I have one way audio. The SIP user is hearing audio but the far end is not. I checked my SIP phone account to make sure it is set for NAT. And I have the public IP set up in IP settings - NAT IP address. Is this probably a router/firewall issue?

Installing my first system that includes a PS1. I will have some IP phones that will NAT to a public IP to register to the mivoice 250. Does the public static need to be NAT'ed to the LAN address of the PS1 or base server?

Did you find a resolution to this?
I have a customer with a mix of 8568/8528 phones. They are on R6.1 and they are telling me that they hear a beep when mute and unmute are pressed during intercom calls. I have called in from the outside and had them mute and unmute and I hear nothing. I have verified that the disable mute confirmation flag is set to yes.

Is there a way to disable the ability for a user to leave a call back message at another station? I believe that the user guide refers to is as an "inter-station" message.
