MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel 5000 SYS ALARM #28 VM : VM APP SYNC FAIL

I have the above error on just 2 phones and I can't figure out why.
All other boxes are working as they should.
All e-mail settings value fields are filled correctly.
I have tried clearing messages from the DB consul
Anybody have any ideas where to look next?
