Hey guys,
This scenario is part of another thread, but since this is a specific question on it's own, for future topic search purposes I believe it's ok for this question to have it's own thread.\
I have a ring group 4444
The member of this ring group is 3333
3333 has the feature call forward always active and configured.
When I dial 4444, the extension 3333 will ring and ignore the fact that call forward always is active and thus not forwarding the call as desired.
Am I doing something wrong?
HALP :)

That's how it works. Individual devices call forwarding settings won't affect calls to groups that device is a member of. Realistically this is the only sensible way for the system to behave - if calls to groups could be thrown off course by whatever settings the member devices have, madness would ensue!

What Dogbreath said... but if you NEED it to "forward" to something like a cell phone, you can use mobile twinning since the twinned extension will ring for group calls.
