I want help for design :

I have the following equipment :
* MXe III Expand Full  2 QTY
* Peripheral cabinets  12 QTY

All ONS Users 2300

Sorry, but I don't understand what you are asking... this isn't something simple to implement or design, the scale you are looking at is quite large and beyond the scope of most users or likely this forum as multiple things including licensing comes into play here. I would suggest contacting your local Mitel dealer and if you are that dealer contact Mitel Sales Engineering services for your region.

By per cab, are you talking 2000 nodes?
