Hi Everyone,
I've got one SDS error on a 3300 ICP, that, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to clear.
The SDS sharing is in a cluster with 2 members. The SDS error is:
SDS Error "Failed to synchronize <DND> with <"network element name/IP> (1 / (total 160)).
Any idea what this vague error means? I only know it's Do Not Disturb.
Thanks!

If you can figure out which phone is associated with the DND check to be sure that it is resilient.

Hi Ralph. I did a "STAT FEATURE EXTENSION" on 60 phones and none of them had DND feature enabled. I also exported the multiline key assignment form, and none of the phones had a DND key.
I'm puzzled.
-
Is that in the SDS error logs or from maint and software logs?
Ralph

It's from the maintenance and software log.
-
The remote node or local node?
Ralph
-
It's a local node.
-
What do the logs say on the remote node?
Ralph

There's no logs pertaining to DND on the remote node.
-
Can you do another sync, export both the local logs and remote node logs to a CSV file and post them here?
I'd like to take a look at them.
Delete anything that's not related to the sync.

Hi Ralph! Thanks for all your replies. I really appreciate it.
I disabled/renabled SDS on the local and remote node. Did another sync and... the DND error is gone!
I'm puzzled by this since I've tried the steps above a few times before opening this thread.
