I have bandwidth.com as a sip trunk provider, and they have a number to call and test with (933). but i get invalid.
Does anyone know how to configure this?
Please Help

You need to put a specific entry in ARS for the number. if you dial 9 then put in 9933 strip off the first digit and route it to the SIP trunk group. Other wise justy put 933 in as number as normal. Both no digits to follow.

Are you absorbing the '9' when sending the call out on the trunk?

Thanks guys, I got it fixed. I had to add two more network elements, Sip peer profiles and add the ARS Routes and digits dialed.
Then i had to add the trunks in the MBG for this to work. Now working all good..
