Hi,
i have an issue with IP Console 5500 connect into an older release software.
I have change the keypad and for 1 month i have no problem, but now in the last 2 days the customer says me that the software of IP console disconnect.
Close the software and reboot the Console, all works fine.
Into log of 3300 i see (when the console disconnect) this information:
17.04.00 Call Control - Maintenance IP Device 52 (Ext:9) at location 01 3 01 052 01 The set has been returned to service.
17.03.59 Call Control - Maintenance SYSTEM SERVICE: Dept 0 now in NIGHT 1 Service. Reason: 9 Now in service: Console 9.
17.03.59 Call Control - Maintenance IP Device 52 (Ext:9) at location 01 3 01 052 01 The set has been returned to service.
16.51.57 Call Control - Maintenance IP Device 52 (Ext:9) at location 01 3 01 052 01 The set is out of service due to loss of communication.
16.51.57 Call Control - Maintenance SYSTEM SERVICE: Dept 0 now in NIGHT 1 Service. Reason: 11 Now Out of Service: Console 9.
There is a list of reason codes where I can understand the meaning?

5 Attendant Busy-out Timer expiry on Console
6 Failure to Communicate with Console';

9 Now in service: Console
10 Please contact Mitel Technical Support re. Console
11 Now Out of Service: Console
12 CP service command by Administrator
