Title: SX2000 avg and mode re-transmissions
Post by: tone-the-phone on February 23, 2012, 05:00:16 AM
When using the dtatst re command on one of the trunks I am seeing a high number of avg re-trans and mode re-trans typically 23 and 35 per hour, at what point should I be getting concerned and what is this telling me, is it something I should report to my telco.
The duty cycle is 100% and no other errors.
I am running SX-2000 Call Control 34.2.2.15

Try doing a dtstats clear just as the time rolls over to the next hour.

I know it sounds mad, but there was some seriously weird bugs in the 2K relating to dtstats.....
