Sorry, this is a new logs with voicemail to email issues :

Thanks for your reply. I checked the logs and it show me :

Hello.

We have a Mitel 5000, Suddenly the Voicemail to email stopped working for all extensions. When someone leave a recording message, we can't see the message in our email system. I checked our smtp server and it's working. I tried to use different smtp server but still not working, also I tried to reboot our phone system, but still not working. Please help me.
I'm new in this and I don't know what should I do.
