Title: Message on Phone

I have a user who is not sure what they did, they have an 86x phone and the message light is blinking. When they go to retrieve the message it shows another users Ext. They were trying to call that users Ext before this happened. I am not sure how to clear the message on the phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Got it figured out, press the message button then the star key.
