Is CSM still the best solution?  Does it offer Whisper Coaching?

Is the MiContact Center Office the replacement for CSM- Customer Service Manager aka Contact Center Suite?

Use CSM with Office 250 (HX)
Use MiCC with Business (3300)

Its my understanding that CSM is no longer available as a new package.

They are moving all of the CSM functions over to Phone Manager to have an All-In-One solution; at least that is the plan as I understand it.

In the UK CSM is now known as MiContact Centre Office.

But they are Moving it to Mitel Phone Manager, you can already get the Historical Reports so they are about a quarter of the way there.
