Hi all,

I have a question about call forwarding. When i forward mu ext to another ext i can see the callforwarding icon appear on my phone screen. Is there a way that i can display the forwarded extension number on my Mitel phone? I have a Mitel 5330.

Hi Mitel friends,

I have a client that has a Mitel 3300 and a Cisco Call Manager. They want to connect the Mitel and the Cisco so the extension on both pbx system can call each other through the sip trunk.
Can any one help me out what the steps i need to take to program the sip trunk. (what i need from the call manager)

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / No inbound calls on E1

Hi Mitels friends.

I am having an issue with receiving calls on a E1. I can make outgoing calls but no incomming. I enabled the ccs trace continious. When dialing out i can see all trafic for the outgoing call but when i dialin on the E1 there is no traffic !

Can someone advise pls.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Call Pickup with IP Console 5540

Hi Mitel friends,

Installed an IP Console 5540 on a Mitel 3300. This customer wants that when someone rings the ip console that they are able to pikcup the call with the call pickup feature. The problem is that i cannot add an callpickup ext in a call pickup group. Can someone help me out with this.

Hi there Mitel friends.
I am still new on the Mitel 5000 platform and getting used to it.
I have a customer that want to deploy Multi Level Auto Attendant on the Mitel 5000 inclusief Business Hours.
Is there a documentation on how to program this for Mitel 5000?

Or if someone can help me out with this.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / No IP from DHCP from Customer Switch

Hi friends,

I am programming an Mitel 5000. The customer wants to lease ip for the Mitel on his DHCP server.
He is using Vlan 20. I gave him the followinfg options so he can program the DHCP Scope on his side.
Options are:

Options43: id:ipphone.mitel.com;sw_tftp=172.21.20.100;call_serv=172.21.20.100;vlan=20;l2p=6;dscp=46
Options125: id:ipphone.mitel.com;sw_tftp=172.21.20.100;call_serv=172.21.20.100;vlan=20;l2p=6;dscp=46
Option3:
IP: 172.21.20.254
Option 128:
IP: 172.21.20.100
Option 129:
IP: 172.21.20.100

Customer has these options programmed in their switch but the ip phones are not gettng ip addresses. I activate the DHCP on the Mitel 500 with these optiones and the phones are getting ip from the DHCP of the Mitel 5000.
Does the customer need to program extra option in their dhcp ?
Customer uses Cisco Meraki MS225.

Please advise.

Hi there Mitel friends,

I need to program a sip trunk on a Mitel 3300 ICP MCD 4.2.
But i need to program the sip trunk (outgoing) based on IP Authentication not based on username and password.

I didn't programmed a sip trunk based on IP Authentication yet on a Mitel 3300 ICP. I always programmed the sip trunk using username and password given by the SIP Provider.

Can someone help me out with this one ?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Program extra outbound route

Hi Mitel friends.

I am working on a Mivoice Office 250 and need to program 3 ARS for outbound route. Ext 1005, 1004 and 1000 need to acces it own ls trunk in order to make outsite calls.
I already program 3 Co Trunkgroup to separate the incoming calls.

Can some help me out how to program 3 separate ARS? 1x ARS for ext 1005, 1004 and 1000

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Caller ID between IP Sets

Gents,

I have an ip phone in the lobby where guestroom can be dialed. Customer wants that when someone call a guestroom from the phone in the Lobby that it will not show the Guest name and Room number. This is only for this phone in the lobby. Phones at the Frontdesk must see all info.

Never did this. Can someone help.

Guys,

I have a customer complaining, that when they check-out the guest and check-in a new guest in the same room, the name of the old guest still appears on the guest phone.
It looks like that when they checkout the guest the PMS does not erase the old guest name.

Can someone help ?

From the tech support the asked me to run the Line Measuring Tool on the Ls trunk so they can be properly set.
Can anyone help me with this ? Where can i get the Line Measuring Tool and how to use it.
