Title: Replacement MGU, faulty or not? MX-One 5.0 SP5 build28
Post by: martinnyberg_mtel on July 20, 2017, 02:30:10 AM
Hi everybody!

I've recently received a replacement MGU (Media Gateway Unit) for our MX-system but I can't figure out why it wont work properly.
I've configured the MGU trough the USB-interface accordingly to Mitels manuals, but it keeps rebooting and when connected to it, gives out the following message (seen below).
System restarts / "hardware" reboots haven't helped either.

Has anybody seen this before? Is the replacement board faulty, what do you reckon?
