Title: 5224 and 5235 SIP firmware - where to download?
Post by: windswept321 on September 06, 2019, 09:01:54 AM: Many years ago I had a full set of firmware files to upgrade any version of the 5224 and 5235 to the latest SIP release (with web UI). Unfortunately, I seem to have lost them. Does anyone still have these files?

For phones with versions prior to 5.x, apparently I should flash to 5.x, then on to 8.x from there.

Happy to share if anyone else requires them.

Seems the 5.0.0.21 files have become hens teeth.

Post by: bilbotel on February 27, 2023, 07:48:16 AM: Question, as someone with fairly limited knowledge when it comes to Mitel apart from setting up new users and that has all 5224 phones in production, what is the reasoning behind asking for firmware for these phones? Is it that there is newer firmware available from Mitel than in server software they are being connected to?
