Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5610 Handset Firmware

I am trying to find a copy of the .txt and .fru most current firmware files for a 5610 handset (I have the basestation 2.0 software).  My reseller is telling me they are no longer available directly from Mitel since they are old.  Does anyone have a copy they could send me?  Any help is much appreciated.
