I have just installed a Mitel 3300 MCD 4.1(our first) with UC express V3 but on one user i get "Outlook contacts not available"" although i have connectivity and can manually input and dial numbers and have outlook enabled in UC settings. On another user connection keeps dropping from UC (not phone). Any ideas all answers appreciated.
