Title: Missed call

Hi.

When im in phone and receive a second call. I can t see it in the missed call.

If i receive only one call. I can see it as missed call.

Any idea?

Probably because it was re-routed when it saw the station was busy. The way to make that into a missed call is to give yourself multiple line appearances on your phone.

What kind of set? On a 53xx series the embedded Call History app on the phone should have the info.

69xx series also has a built-in call history app, but I'm not sure if it only keeps history on the prime line or if includes non-prime line keys.
