Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Guest Room Phones Blink, Will not ring

New to Mitel but almost all of my hotel clients have them, this just started happening, when the front desk calls a room, the phones blink. They do not ring. Replaced the Superconsole 1000 and no alarms on the system. Where should I look??
