Title: Mitel 5000 and Oaisys call logging

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I have a Mitel 5000 and Oaisys working but since one user went remote the call logging for that user is no longer working. For the remote piece, this user is now on an MBG coming to the 5000. I know recorded audio is not supported when dealing with remote users but was led to believe that call logging/reporting is. Where should I go to see if the user is even coming through to the Oaisys?

**UPDATE**
Hello all,
Just an update here. I've engaged Oaisys and had them verify settings all looked good, we didn't make any changes. They suggested to retest with that user and I did. And wouldn't you know it, the reporting started working inbound/outbound. My suspicion was that the user was not even on the phone but that is going to be hard to prove and honestly I'm not going to waste my time. Just glad it is working.
