Title: No Access to System Admin and Diagnostics

I have a Mitel 5000 and I have not logged in for a very long time.
Now I need to verify feature codes but when I try and log in to the Sys Admin program I get a message "AWS webpage and diagnostics are not authorized by customer".
This is a legit system that we have had for about 7 years now. I don't have a support person to call or a service agreement with anyone so I am at a loss as to what to do next.

Are you using the username admin?
Are you onsite or trying to connect remotely?

If you ignore that message and press the Launch DB programming does it load anything or give another error?
If it crashes immediately then go into your add/remove programs and find Microsoft Access. Then repair it.

Some recent microsoft updates have been playing havack with those things
