I am working on a 6.3.6.21 system that is having PRI issues.
The local provider has done some testing and they are showing a TLOS issue every Thursday at 1am. This lasts until we reset the system.
Can someone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

Is anything on a UPS? I once had an issue where equipment would reboot the same time every week. It was a UPS (with a bad battery) doing a weekly self test. Drove us absolutely crazy until we figured it out.
Do the system logs show anything?
