I am running 32-bit MS office and the 32-bit Mitel states I have a 64 bit office installed. I'm at a loss at to what is hosing this up.
I have Visual C++ (various redistributable) in 32 and 64 bit - not sure if that matters with this install.
Is there a log that states exactly what is the conflict?

We literally just went through this with Office 365 on a co-workers PC, our IT support team and Mitel tech support. The only solution was uninstall all MS Office components and all Mitel MiVO250 software (including all plugins), then do a clean install of Office and a clean install of MSA&D. Never really did figure out what was wrong, but basically took a tech out of service for a whole day.

I had a problem with the SAD tool after installing office 365.
It was resolved by uninstalling & reinstalling Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable
