Had a customer call this morning with phone not ringing. I believe it had DND enabled but they said not. What is the best way to see what feature is enabled in system admin /diagnostic. I was able to get the to do feature 394 to fix

In database programming, look at the station flags to see which are enabled. In System Monitoring, look under the Resource & Device Info tab to see if the phone is in DND or logged out of an ACD. You can also reset a phone remotely there.
