Is there anyway, short of changing a users password and login in as them, for an admin to behind the scenes change a users setting.
Example: user left for PTO, shows still logged in, etc..

Off the top of my head there is this capability with the Team leader license on the phone manager.

What exactly are you referring to being logged in? The phone into an ACD group, hot desk, or the client?

We don't have any special licensing. I am just lokgin for a way to change user settings - not necessarily if they are logged in or not. A different use case if what if someone adds a comment that is inappropriate?

Alright, so you aren't looking at anything but the MiCollab Client so there is nothing that is really specific to the MiVO-250. Unfortunately I do not know the MiCollab Client well enough to answer your question, but if I had to guess I would say, "No, there isn't a way to do that without logging into their client."

You can only do this for a user from the MiCollab Client Attendant Console (formerly UCA console), but that requires a special license and is intended for central answering positions as a replacement for the Attendant Console (don't use it on the 5000, please, you will hate yourself for it)... Otherwise the user would have change their MiCollab presense, you can't change it in the server or through some special login.
