Title: NuPoint Voice Mail to Email

Is anyone else having issues the the MAPI gateway for sending NuPoint voice mails to Exchange?

Such as the service in the MAPI gateway server works and then stops?

Haven't come across it. This would be logged somewhere in the system, but just a matter of which log. If I get the chance I'll have a look at our MAS box.

We can see the service in the MAPI server stopping (windows) but can't figure out why.
Tech spt has been in the systems looking and blame Exchange but no one can put a finger on the cause.

If you are looking on the exchange server you should see an entry in the windows application log showing the service stopping, and usually another event before it that caused it.
There is something in the back of my mind about that service that I had to do something once, but can't remember it right now.

See if the application log shows anything.
