MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Licensce error

I am receiving this message when trying to load licence on mi tel 250 ver 6.1.

This license can not be loaded. Memory can not be allocated.

Any help is appreciated.

I messed up. They have SIP. I'm not sure its possible. :-[

I have a customer who has multiple companies. Is there a way she can select which company CID she sends out when making a call from the same extension?

Example: call 1 she wants to send 555-555-1111
the next call she wants to send  555-555-2222

All calls made on one extension.

Is there a way to block calls by inbound CID?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Mitel 250. We have control of out bound CID. The provider tells me that I am sending them extension number along with the number I want to send. Is there a way to stop sending the extension number? The system has the latest software.

When one of the members of the call center transfers a call to the ACD hunt group, if all operators are on a call the call returns to the transfering extension instead of the mailbox.
They are using Agent ID's. System is 6.0

Major reset delayed due to resource reconcilation failure. The system is scheduled for a reboot but it dosen't happen. Instead, I get this error. Any ideas?

I have created a cra that answers during the day, however I am unable to dial the extension for the conference assistant. It says invalid extension.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Also it is running latest software.

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / phantom extension unavailable from cra

I have a Mitel 250. I have DDI pointed to star. After hours it goes to cra with timeout set to phantom ext. I get a recording saying ext xxx is unavailable. If i dial the phantom from a keyset it forwards. If I dial the cra it say ext xxx is unavailable. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a customer's extension that follows to his cell phone when not answered. He has the option to change the number dialed by setting another speed dial ad the out dial. I have created a new speed dial and set his forwarding to it. However, it continues to go to the old number. Any help would be appreciated.

Ill check the house phone. Also will reseat them. Thanks. Ill let you know what I find.

I have a mitel 5000 with 5330 ip keysets. Currently, I have four with wireless handsets installed. All four try to do a flash hook when a call rings the extension. When the extension rings, and you lift the handset it says flash hook disallowed. Then a f shows in the display and the call is connected.

Any help would be appreciated.
