Some users are using Mitel headsets, but not all, and last time I was there the CID was working. I sent an email to find out if CID is still working.

When employee,  answers the phone and introduces themselves to the caller, i.e.. thank you for calling xyz co, this is john, the caller only hears the name john and the first part.

These are analog trunks. Software version is 6.1.3.27

What is the outside directory and can a user edit it? When you press it the phone gives error and displays no dir entries available.

Occasionally I have to right click and run as administrator to get it to install on windows 10. Haven't found a rhyme or reason as to why I do sometimes and not others.

I have non ACD Groups. Is there a way to not have calls ring on call key 2? They just want it to light and show the CID. Is this possible or is there another option I may need to use?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Fax on single line port through pri

I have a 3300 running version 6.0. On the fax it disconnects on a long distance send. It receives without issue. We have checked the cor and it is programmed just like others and cos also. We have swapped plids and also the machine and it still happens. I think its a telco issue but wanted to post here for you ideas.

I have a 250 running 6.1.4.64. I can log into system programming but maint & diag tool tells me the password is incorrect. Is there a way to update just that password?

I apologize for taking so long to get back.
I ended up using the phantom extensions and put a button on the extension to choose.

I had to call Tech Support and they sent it via ftp. They said  they think it is an issue with their email service.
