MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Transferring to ext xxxx

I have a 250 running 6.1 sp1. I have Auto Attendant transfer prompt set to no. However, callers still hear "please hold while your call is being transferred to XXXX. Is there a way to stop this?
