I have a 250 running 6.0 serv pack 1. When a caller rings in the customer wants the caller to hear the MOH. However, they hear the ring back. I have the Star, Hunt groups and phones set to 5000cp for all audio for calls settings.
The MOH works if call is placed on hold.
Any help would be apreciated.

In your CO trunk group set Audio on transfer to ring to "Use Next Device's Audio Source" from the drop down

Berkley,
Go to your CO Trunk Group, but it depends on what type of trunking you have on where you need to go.
System > Devices and Feature Codes > CO Trunk Groups > {trunk group ID}:
OR
System > Devices and Feature Codes > SIP Peers > SIP Trunk Groups > {trunk group ID} > Trunk Group Configuration:
Then just set the following:
Music-On-Hold: Audio Source <-This would be whatever audio source you are wanting to use.
Audio on Transfer to Ring: Music-On-Hold
By default your Audio on Transfer to Hold and Audio on Hold for Transfer Announcement are already set for Music-On-Hold.
Thanks,
TE

I apologize for the delay in responding. Hurricane Flo has had us in a frenzy as you can imagine.
It was the sip trunk group setting. I set it for use next source and took care of it. Not sure how it got changed.
