What do you mean without release signal?

Not sure if this is what you need. In WebAdmin:
Configuration > Routing > Exchange > General > Trunk-to-trunk mode
set Analogue to Analogue and set your disconnect time out. (0 is not possible)

We try and use busy tone detection for disconnecting as we don't have any release signal either.
You can set it on the trunk by going to
Configuration/Routing/List View/Network Interfaces/{interface}

Thank you,  I now understand. We also use busy tone (customised to the standard cadence here in our region)to get a proper release.

Thank you all dears,
but please be informed that I tried the busy tone and the congestion tone as a release signal with no luck the trunks still busy.

You will need to check if the cadence matches the busy or congestion tone from your telco. This depends on the sales channel (freemarket) settings. If the tone is different, Mitel has a way to change the cadence/frequency via a settings file. But generally, using the correct sales channel/freemarket should be it.
