I've seen this numerous times. Seems to pop up when when logging in to a system that has a different SW Rev. than the last system I was in. It's annoying but doesn't effect anything. Click ok and it should take you back to the log in screen and then load up without issue. I haven't found a way to keep it from happening

"The MiVoice Call Recording server must have the abilty to contact servicecenter.oaisys.com and uses outbound port 443 "

The 5212 IP phone, 5215 Dual Mode IP phone, 5220 Dual Mode IP phone and 5224 Dual Mode IP phone will work but require the use of an external TFTP server; the Set Firmware is available to download from the Software Download Center page or Mitel Connect

These phone types are no longer supported in MiVoice Business 9.0 as the software loads are not available for download from the system:

• 5020 IP phone
• 5140 IP phone
• 5201 IP phone

Contact your reseller and explain that you are having an issue with intermittent email. They should be able to contact Mitel support with just that information and Mitel will know what the problem is. I've had two customer within just the last month experiencing the same thing. Support noted their ticket with "Performed the SMTP Authentication fix on the system"

I've had the same issue a number of times. Something to do with the way the system authenticates to multiple servers. Depending on what server it hits when trying to send the message...works with one server but fails on the next. Mitel support can correct by SSH'ing in to the OS and making a change. Takes less than 5 minutes  and never an issue again for that system
