Hi all
How do i Restrict outgoing calls for only one extension?
i want for example EXT to show "no caller ID" in outgoing calls
-
Restrict O/G calls will mean using a new Class of Restriction which you set up to allow disallow the calls.
Other stuff will be a new Class of Service; once again you set it up as you wish and just apply it to the relevant extension.

I think one of the easiest ways is to pick an unused COR and then in the Maximum Digits Dialed form restrict it to 4 digitis (or what ever the number of digits are in your extension numbers)
Then assign that COR to the phones you want restricted.

Dear Solic,
To get forther information on the call restriction you can go through the following article wrought by Ralf "Mitel ARS Programmed for Security":
http://ezinearticles.com/?Mitel-ARS-Programming-for-Security&id=6203318
You can use this it works.
Good luck.

Thanks all but i meant caller ID i want the EXT to show no caller ID in outgoing calls
-
To hide caller's identity look at the Privacy settings in User and Devices Configuration or "Private Caller" Feature Access Code.

That will depend on what type of circuits you have and if yourcarrier supports it. You may be able to mask the caller ID with 0's, for instance. To obtain a true block you'll have to have a line from the carrier capable of that.
