I'm sorry, but even after downloading your attachment and zooming in with a photo app, the pic is to blurry to read other than I can tell it is somekind of ISDN error.
Can you take a real screenshot or export and post it to this thread?

Hmm... Does it seem to be service effecting or are you seeing errors in the PRI? The only reference I have find to that was in like version 6.0 but it was corrected in 7.0 (long before your 9.0 release), otherwise there is nothing on a CPAFC preprocess error
I would have to imagine this is a PRI configuration issues, how is the PRI setup (NI2, DMS, Belcore, etc) and are you in DSX or CSU mode?
