Are you using the embedded voicemail to forward messages to an email server?
-
Yes we do.
The user has the forward to email option enabled, delete after forwarding selected and his email is configured in the email field.
-
Do you have all of the following set up?
System Options form
Enter the MiVoice Business system name, the email server IP address, and the sender's email address (if applicable).
VM Network Servers form
Configure as follows:
Enter the host name as defined in the System Options.
Enter the Network element type: 3300 ICP
Set "Local" to Yes
Set "Cluster" to True or False as required (if applicable)
Enter the PNI (if applicable)
Enter the IP address of this ICP as defined in the ICP/PBX Networking
Enter DNS name of the ICP
Identify the time zone
Enter a comment in the Comment field.

I appreciate your feedback!
These options are already configured :/

Verify there is a name in the VM Network Servers form, and that it is the same name as in the Network Elements form.
Also verify you have a hostname defined in System IP Properties.
If the PBX is named "local_68" or "MSP_vMCD" in the Network Elements form, it needs to be the same in the name field of the local element in the VM Network Servers form, also tick Local (and cluster if applicable).
If all that fails, assuming that all the logs are related to MB5555, delete mailbox 5555 and recreate it.

Yea, everything is matching.
I will delete the mailbox and recreate it and keep an eye on it.
thanks guys!
