Hi,
I am a bit puzzled here. We have an ICP 3300 and a Nupoint MAS server and at the moment it forwards the calls after 3 rings to the mailbox which is a bit too fast. Unfortunately I was not ivolved in setting up the whole thing and so I am a bit of a noob with the system. The MAS server was turned off for at least 2 years because the power supply broke and nobody realized it till a while ago (yes that important was the voicemail).
Do I have to change the number of rings in ICP or on the Nupoint server? And then where exactly do I have to change that?
Thanks right away.

You would make that change on/in the ICP.
It's set, normally, by a phone Class of Service. The Call Forward No Answer option would be the timer, in seconds, that a phone should ring before forwarding.

Thanks that worked fine. I was looking through a lot of options but I did not see that one.
