Hi, I am sorry if this has been discussed already.
We have phones in patient/public wait area where patients can reach our call center (ACD group) to reserve transportation, once a call center agents answers the call, the agents name will appear on the callers screen, I was asked if I can block it one way or another, to protect the privacy of the agents.

Mark the extension as private in Telephone Directory to mask the DN. If you want to block the name, don't program the user name and use something generic.

Thanks for replying, I guess you are referring the agent? correct?
I am looking to block it on the callers side.

Yes. If the TD entry is marked as private, the number will not appear on the calling party's screen. If you want to block the name, don't put the agent's name on their agent ID.
