Title: Stuck on Call ME Back Message
Post by: Bigpomaha on November 24, 2020, 03:53:24 PM
This one has me stumped.

User has VM lite flashing.  pushes vm button, supposed to call Nupoint (x-7600) but instead dials old embedded VM @ 7770.  This or no other extension has a VM on embedded anymore but i cant get past it.  It ask for a mailbox number (but says call me back at bottom of display).  Nowhere does t let me delete the call back message so i can't get the vm light to stop flashing.  the call coverage is set to Nupoint but yet when the VM button is pressed it dials 777).  Am i missing something and can i delete it from the command line somehow???  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Perry

First, delete you embedded vm hunt group if you are using the nupoint.
To stoo flashing, use the feature acces code mwi indicator (something like this)

Won't let me put in the FAC **37.  Tried to program a key and it tells me it's in use somewhere else.

you can try something like this:
1) create an extension with the same COS as the embedded VM ports.
2) Add it to the embedded VM hunt group.
3) Dial the MWI Off FAC + Extension  (Note: you may have to do that for every extension that appears on the phone or any hunt group that the phone or one of its keys appears in.)
4) remove the temp phone from the hunt group and delete it.
