Hello everyone,
I have an issue at the moment that when I call user externally it prompts for a mailbox number.
I have not seen this before, have checked COS and COR all correct. Routing is correct and mailbox is setup.
Any ideas?

Every user or just one? Is this embedded VM or Nupoint?
