Title: MiCollab - Confernece Bridge Line
Post by: jascrous on October 01, 2020, 01:39:09 PM
Just started playing around with conferencing features of our micollab system (very underutilized, basically only been using it for vm).  Pretty neat stuff here.  One thing i am having a hard time locating is where  to define/configure a Conference Bridge Line call in number.  Can someone point me where that is done?

Assuming you've got the conference points created and assigned to a hunt group and they are functional internally and have a DID or trunk line assigned it's configured under MiCollab -> Audio, Web and Video Conferencing -> System Options

This document from the publicly available Mitel Doc Center has the steps to set all of that up. Make sure you are in Chapter 2 MiVB Integration and the MiCollab AWV area.

Note the path this is in, Mitel has arguably too much documentation you just have to dig around for what you need most times.

Home -> Doc Center -> Applications -> Collaboration -> MiCollab -> MiCollab Server -> MiCollab Platform Integration Guide for MiVB and MiVO 250
