Title: Issue with Connecting MiVocie Business from Software installer

I am trying to upgrade MiVoice Business Release 9.0 to Release 9.0 SP3 using the software installer tool. I did used this tool many times in past without any issues. When I try to upgrade this time, I am getting an error to connect the tool to PBX.  I am able to login from web interface with out any problem. Could not find any details from the documents.
1. Tried connecting using "3300 ICP". The error i got is "Unable to connect to specified IP address, please verify the IP and try again"
2. Tried connecting usinf "MXe Server -MiVoice Business for ISS. Got different error message "The system IP address have not yet beed configured for the system"

Please let me know what i am missing here

MiVB SI Tool is not longer used from MCD 9.

You use a http server for the software repo.

You can login to https://{IP}/server-manager/ and use the System Upgrade link. You can use the help in that area for more info on it.
