Title: There are no IP Device/User resources available

Hi,

We have a Mitel 3300 MXe-III. We currently have 647 IP users, and 816 allocated IP user licenses.
I am no longer able to import users with the 3300 ICP Import Spreadsheet, or create a new user manually on the controller.
The error I get is:
There are no IP Device/User resources available

If anyone has run into this issue before, or can point me in the right direction to problem solving it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Look in your system capacity form.
Odds are pretty good that you've used all of your available sockets for Multiline Sets  or broadcast groups.

Go to your "Licence and Option Selection" form.
 
3rd-last line: "Maximum Configurable IP Users and Devices" = 750
Change it to 5600
Perform a backup
Perform a restore
Reboot

Sorry, yes this was resolved. The issue was "Maximum Configurable IP Users and Devices"

Thank u so much vince for the process and also kapple.
It works.

Mitel support was not able to find the issue source. They ask  me to send email to amc support after that theys ask me to make diffrent sync....

But the good way is what vince ask me to do!!
